**How It Works:** You can place a $2000 deposit today to reserve a half beef share. We will then reserve one of our cows for processing. Our USDA-certified butcher will process and package your beef into individual vacuum-sealed portions. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice for the remaining payment of $3,300. After payment, we will arrange the beef pick up or delivery. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable, as they contribute to the care and maintenance of a living animal.
