Our chickens thrive on a natural diet of grass, grains, seeds, bugs, and grubs, combined with an active lifestyle on open pastures. This results in leaner meat with incredible flavor, but it also means they cook faster than commercially raised chickens. To ensure a juicy, tender bird, we recommend using a meat thermometer and cooking to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Our products are raised without antibiotics, steroids, or added growth hormones. Each bird is processed, vacuum-sealed, and labeled in a USDA-certified facility to ensure safety and quality.
